Pool Heating: Optional heating for the pool & spa is available at $25 per day.

Booking: Before a booking can be accepted, a member of the party occupying the property (21 years or over) must complete the booking form stating your required dates and number of guests. [See Contact Us page]

Deposit:

A non-refundable deposit will be collected on all bookings placed more than 30 days prior to arrival date.

Payment: As part of the booking process arrangements for payment will be handled by the Management company. Full payment for rental is required no later than 30 days prior to arrival date. If paying by credit card, your card will be charged at this time unless other arrangements are made. If payment is not received, your reservation will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

Cleaning Fee: Will be charged at $105.00

Taxes: All rates quoted above are exclusive of state and county taxes. Please add 13% sales tax.

Rental Period and Accupancy: Check-in time is 4 p.m. Check out time is 10 a.m. Early arrival or late departure times are available, subject to availability - additional charges may apply. Occupancy is set at two people per bedroom. Guests may not exceed this limit. It may be necessary for staff or agents of Management Services to enter the premises in order to perform routine maintenance or repairs.

Cancellation: 6-8 weeks prior: 50% of rental charge, 4-6 weeks prior: 75% of rental charge, up to 4 weeks prior: 100% of rental charge. 80% refund if cancellation made more than 8 weeks prior to schedule arrival date and full balance has been paid. In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond the owners control results in the cancellation of the booking the owner or their agent reserves the right to cancel the booking and be liable only to refund any monies already paid by the client.

Terms & Conditions: Liability Limitations
Parents must at all times, supervise children when using pool facilities and the facilities of the development. The homeowner or homeowner’s agent accepts no responsibility or liability for failure of equipment in the rental property. After notification of equipment failure, the homeowner’s agent will rectify the problem in a reasonable and timely manner.

This is a NO SMOKING villa and NO PETS allowed.
